This is going to be a tough project.  Looking up old box scores on Microfilm is a long and tedious process.  Luckily our library has the New York Times on microfilm to help facilitate this endeavor.  So far I've got their first game through their 18th game chronicled.  Bear with me as I do more work on this.  But for now enjoy, here are the first 10 games.

Game 2   October 13, 1972

Game was postponed
The ice was deemed unsafe in the Philadelphia Convention Hall.  Upon hearing that the game had been postponed, the crowed rained boos and souvenir pucks on Blazer president, Jim Cooper who made the announcement at center ice.
Chicago Cougars at New England Whalers

Game 3  October 16, 1972

The Whalers scored three goals within 5:24 of the second period to put the game out of reach.  It was the second straight victory for the Whalers
